Race hospitality chalets and suites are a great way to build relationships with your customers, clients and employees. Every chalet offers easy access to the racing excitement while providing a private environment for entertaining. Catering and bar services are available through the event's official caterer.

Hospitality Locations include:

Village Suite $4,900

Located in Chalet Village behind the main grandstands, ideal for entertaining smaller groups up to 25 guests. 3-day tickets and paddock passes included.

Trackside Suite $10,700

Elevated suite across from the pit lane offers start/finish line viewing for up to 50 guests. 3-day tickets and paddock passes for 50 included.

Custom Chalet $6,700

Located in the main Chalet Village in a park-like setting behind the grandstands, these chalets enjoy close proximity to the midway attractions and the bridge to the infield paddock. 3-day tickets and paddock passes for 50 included.

Deluxe Chalet $9,700

Located in the main Chalet Village, includes a larger area for entertaining. 3-day tickets and paddock passes for 50 included.

Infield Chalet @ Turn 11 or Festival Curves $12,700

Located inside the race track and close to the American Le Mans paddock. 3-day tickets and paddock passes for 50 included.

Midway/Vendor Spaces adjacent to the main grandstand area
and other prime locations around Portland International
Raceway provide an opportunity for sponsors, merchants and
manufacturers to showcase and sell products and
services to a targeted and knowledgeable audience.
An excellent opportunity to reach a receptive and
stimulated group of consumers.
